How it works
Install the app on your Jira Cloud or Jira Service Management Cloud site and complete the guided setup.
Connect Twilio in the admin panel using a Twilio account with WhatsApp Sender enabled.
Start messaging — map users, configure notifications, then work issues from WhatsApp or the Agent Dashboard.
